Early Childhood Coach
Community Action Agency of Siouxland is committed to establishing itself as a leader in classroom and home visitation achievement. This position requires a success driven person that will be responsible for improving the overall performance of staff by establishing coaching partnerships with classroom teams and/or Home Visitors that promote early childhood best practices, curriculum implementation and effective teacher-child interactions. Success in this position will be directly measured by the achievement of overall classroom and home visit performance increases. Responsible for tracking, monitoring and securing training/technical assistance, resources and materials for staff in order to increase job skills. Must be able to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines.
Hourly: $22.32

Classroom Aide

Weatherization Director
Responsible and accountable for the general administration, supervision and conduct of all programs and activities that relate to Weatherization. Performs multiple duties within the Weatherization Program which serves Woodbury and Monona Counties. Responsibilities include: home energy audits, preparing bids related to energy audits, inspecting completed jobs, completing monthly closeouts of weatherized homes, maintaining client and contractor files, maintaining client priority lists, scheduling appointments and other duties as assigned.
Must acquire and maintain State mandated certifications. Must have philosophical agreement with agency's mission, goals, and objectives.
· Obtain Lead Safe Renovator Certification within 90 days.
· Obtain BPI Energy Auditor certification
· Obtain QCI certification
· Complete required technical training and State of Iowa weatherization courses.
· A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record is required.
· Must be able to relate to and communicate effectively with varied socio-economic multiethnic individuals and/or groups, as well as construction, HVAC, plumbing and heating, and other construction trade personnel.
· Computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Windows and Office products
· Successful completion of State and Federal background checks
Education and/or Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent and three years’ experience in residential energy conservation, home performance, HVAC, or construction is highly desirable. Previous supervisory experience preferred.

Office Support Coordinator
The Community Action Agency of Siouxland is committed to providing high quality services to families and ensuring school readiness for all enrolled children. This position is responsible for a variety of clerical duties, and provides direct support to the Early Childhood Management Staff and other staff as needed. Must exhibit a high level of discretion and confidentiality in regard to sensitive information.

Ability to work under pressure, handle multiple tasks and superior written and verbal communication skills.
